Piotr Mandziuk
He holds a degree in economics and has been with Centro-chem since 2012. Since 2016, he has served as the CEO. His management style is rooted in fostering relationships based on mutual respect and kindness. His dedication and passion for his work have contributed to the company’s dynamic growth. A man with a big heart, he actively participates in numerous charitable initiatives.
In 2023, he was awarded the title of Manager of the Year 2022 for the Lubelskie Voivodeship, in recognition of his effective company management, support for the local community, and charitable activities.
Olga Krzyżanowska
Olga is an experienced corporate lawyer with nearly 15 years of expertise in commercial disputes, contract negotiations, and investment execution. She develops processes, tools, and materials to support entrepreneurs in their daily operations. Olga has worked with companies in the heavy industry, construction, industrial manufacturing, and professional sports sectors. She has advised individuals, organizations, and companies within these fields. Since 2022, Olga has served as a Proxy at Centro-chem. She is responsible for corporate governance, legal aspects of the company’s operations, and CSR and ESG issues.
Committed to the Environment
We use renewable energy sources and monitor our carbon footprint. Our forklifts are powered by energy from solar panels, and our car fleet includes electric vehicles. Our trucks are carefully selected to meet strict emission standards.
We reduce paper consumption by processing contracts electronically. Every new investment in our facilities and offices incorporates renewable energy sources and aims for zero emissions. Additionally, we plant 10 square meters of forest for every new employee we hire.
Our employees actively participate in environmental protection initiatives. One such effort involved cleaning the Bystrzyca River valley near our headquarters.
