Visuals that Fuel Our Journey
Trade fairs are not places of harvest – they are places of sowing. We knew that well, and the surrounding landscape served as a powerful reminder. Flooded rice fields in the Chao Phraya River valley, with tiny green shoots breaking through the surface, and in the distance – the glass and steel skyline of Bangkok. Rows of ripening vegetables, stretching toward the urban silhouette of Shanghai. With each passing day, our sense of clarity grew stronger: the seed had been planted.
Three Events, Three Markets, One Question: What’s Next? Reflections from a Chemical Raw Materials Distributor.
Our two-week journey through Asia led us to three major industry events: VIV Asia 2025 in Bangkok, followed by FSHOW 2025 and FIC 2025 in Shanghai. Our goal? To gain a clearer view of where the industry is heading – and how we, as a distributor of chemical raw materials, can better respond to the challenges ahead.
Global Feed Trade Show (VIV Asia) – What Today’s Feed Market Expects from Raw Materials
Our first stop was Bangkok. VIV Asia is one of the region’s most important events focused on the feed industry and animal nutrition. The main themes that emerged in conversations centered around cost optimization, the quality offeed raw materials, and a more responsible approach to production.
Thailand, with its strong agricultural base — as one of the world’s leading producers of rice, corn, and rubber — provides a natural backdrop for these conversations. At the same time, it serves as a regional manufacturing hub for Western and Japanese companies. It’s this blend of local tradition and global influence that makes it such a valuable place for market insight.

China International Fertilizer Show (FSHOW) – Fertilizers and the Future of Agriculture
The next stop was Shanghai and the FSHOW trade fair, focused on fertilizers, fertilizer raw materials, and sustainable development. At the center of attention were technological innovations such as precision fertilization, micronutrients, and formulations designed to reduce environmental impact.
The geographical context mattered here as well. China is a rapidly developing economy – with modern megacities, dominant technologies, and widespread digitalization. Within this setting, the balance between progress and responsibility came up in almost every conversation.

Food Ingredients China (FIC) – A Modern Approach to Food
The final event on our journey — Food Ingredients China — gave us a closer look at the future of the food industry. The main focus areas? Safety, functionality, and growing consumer expectations around transparency and product composition.
Many producers and suppliers spoke with one voice: innovation is no longer optional, and the quality of food industry raw materials goes far beyond technical specifications. It’s also about trust, responsibility, and the ability to respond to an ever-evolving market.

The Beginning of Something Bigger
We’d like to extend our congratulations and thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of this journey – especially our delegation team: Magdalena Bielawska, Aleksandra Sobczak, and Piotr Mandziuk. Our presence in Bangkok and Shanghai was not the final destination – it was just the starting point for something bigger. We return with knowledge, relationships, and inspiration that we’re already transforming into our next steps.
The seed is planted. Now we’re making sure it grows.
